Can I create workspace without being logged in?

Yes, it's possible to create a Farewell Workspace on ambrosius.ai without having signed-up before. In this case, we create a unique URL for you that allows you to revisit and update your workspace any time.

You can share the link to the workspace to allow co-workers to join and edit the workpace, for example to upload pictures.

What are the benefits of being logged in?

As soon as you create an ambrosius.ai account, you will be able to

• See all of your workspaces in your account
• Login from different devices (work, private, mobile) and edit your workspace
• You will receive notifications, each time one of your co-workers submits an answer. You won't believe, how much fun it is to follow alogn the creation process and read the memories and anecdotes have to shre.

Is it OK if I log in at a later point in time?

Yes. Our core mission at ambrosius.ai is to say goodbye in style without the hazzle. Sharing and collecting personal memories should feel easy and fun. We aim to reduce any barrier in the process. If logging in is a barrier for you, go ahead. Create your workspace without signing up, just start with a Name and some images. Generate the shareable form and start collecting memories.

If you decide to enjoy some more comfort as the creator of a workspace (see above), simpley sign up or login at a later point in time.

Please be aware that we will associate all of your workspaces with your user account. Workspace that are associated with an account, will be accessible by worksapce owner only. You will later have the chance to edit the Sharing settings for your workspaces and invite co-workers or create shareable links.
