How it works

The core idea of ambrosius.ai is to make the whole process simple, while producing beautiful and very personal farewell gifts.

You will learn about the three core phases: Create a workspace, Share and Collect, Craft and Present

Create a Workspace

In the workspace section, you - as the creator of the farewell gift - manage every step in the process.

First things you will be asked is to enter the presentee's name. Things are obviously way more personal if you use the real name of a person in every copy and communication.

In addition to a name, we ask you for three picture that represent your colleague best. Usually it's good practice to have a portrait, a team picture and something fun and smiling. People love to write for people when they have something visual right in front of them.

It's important to note, that

• the first picture you upload will be used as cover picture on the printed booklet
• all three images are meant to help your colleagues get the memories rolling, it's possible to start without picture

That's it. That's all you need.

Optionally, you can leave to email address and name. We will use your email to send you notifications when something happened in your workspace and your name to leave a personal message in the engagement form.

Share and Collect

Now it's time to get your colleagues on board. All you need is to generate your individual engagement link. We will generate a personalized version of our engaging forms and provide you a shareable link to this form.

Based on your team's preference, you can now share this link on any channel you like: email, WhatsApp, Slack, Teams, etc.

The form is quite self-explanatory. Your colleagues will love to share some anectodes and really appreciate the simplicity of the questions. Have a look yourself, you will be surprised how easy and fun it is.

That's it, now you can sit back, relax and wait for great footage to arive at your desk every day.

We will send you notifications and you can trust us: It's so much fun to read upon those first anectodes your colleagues have to share.

Craft and Present

At some point, all your colleagues or at least most of them have submitted their testimonials, pictures and memories. Time to wrap things up and layout the whole thing.

And here the magic happens. You don't have to do anything here. We created a beautifully styled booklet for you in the background. No images resizing, cropping, layouting. No more copy/paste of messages, no more styling and layouting of anything.

You can simply open the preivew and and download your digital version of this very personal farewell gift.
